Returns Policy
At AllBohras, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return the product under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
- Items like personal care products, food items, perfumes, or customized goods are non-returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.
Return Process
- Go to your orders page and select the item you wish to return.
- Submit a return request with a valid reason and image (if applicable).
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, our logistics partner will collect the item from your address.
- After successful inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Return Shipping
In most cases, return pickup is free. However, if the reason for return is non-defective (e.g., changed mind, wrong size), a small reverse shipping fee may apply.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Exceptions
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.
- Combo offers or bundled items must be returned together.
