Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be granted for the following conditions:

  • Wrong items received
  • Damaged items
  • Late deliveries

Method of Refund

Customers will be asked to choose the original payment method for the refund, which usually takes 5 to 7 days. Alternatively, an immediate return to their wallet can be processed once the order is returned to the vendor.
