- Refunds are issued only for approved returns that meet our return policy and product condition requirements.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (unless damaged on arrival).
- If a product is unavailable or canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed automatically.
- If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must report it with photos/videos within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- The final refund approval depends on inspection results and seller verification.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories/manuals.
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Personal hygiene items, customized products, perishable goods, or made-to-order items.
- Returns initiated after the allowed return window.
Return Inspection & Approval
All returned items undergo a quality check. Refunds are processed only after confirmation that the item meets our return standards. If the returned item fails inspection, it may be sent back to the customer without a refund.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once approved, refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

- Processing time varies by bank and may take additional business days.
